Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to spearhead a comprehensive research project aimed at modernizing and bringing dynamism to our company’s administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational transformation, process optimization, and technology integration, with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams. This role will drive innovation and improve operational efficiency, ensuring our administrative practices are future-ready and adaptable to evolving business landscapes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a research project focused on assessing, analyzing, and modernizing current administrative operations.
  • Review existing company policies and recommend improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing administrative processes and develop solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Introduce dynamic, flexible administrative processes that enable the company to rapidly respond to market and internal changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to understand needs and align project goals with business objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for project initiatives to measure improvements.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting project milestones, risks, and future steps.
  • Ensure smooth transitions during project implementation, engaging in training, workshops, and support as needed.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of management experience.
